Seeing how many women throughout the world are involved in the 3D printing industry and what a supportive community has been created here has given me incredible inspiration in my career. I am so excited to see this community continue to grow over the coming years and to be a part of it!
What I love about the additive manufacturing industry is that it provides opportunities for everyone, not just engineers and scientists, but even those of us who may be terrible at Math, but who love technology! AM is such a creative industry and I have met so many like me who geek out at the incredible design applications and possibilities that don’t exist in other manufacturing methodologies. Even more so, the AM industry encourages women to step into leadership roles and enthusiastically supports organizations like Women in 3DPrinting – a Win-Win for all.
